Tell us something about yourself?
I am Shivani Shailja I have done Bsc (chem) in my graduate studies.
When and how did you join RBI?
I gave RBI Grade B exam in 2015, Grade B exam
How did you prepare for RBI recruitment exam?
I was all on my own. I didn’t take any coaching help. I referred book recommended by RBI for core subjects. I was regular in covering current affairs from papers and magazines.
How was your RBI interview experience?
It was very nice experience. I was little nervous at start but all together it was very comfortable atmosphere
How is an induction program for new recruits at RBI?
Very useful and well planned. I came in touch with other new recruits through our induction program. We met top people from RBI during this time.
How is your experience in RBI so far?
How do you compare RBI job with other careers in private and government sector?
Working with RBI as Grade B is much better compared to most other govt and private employers.
What is your one piece of advice to people seeking a career in RBI?
Prepare well for your exam. Exam journey is little tough but end result is very satisfying. All the best.
