Xamnation believes in helping its customer. Our motto is to help students in their learning mission, and if there is any issue with respect to product or services, we will try to solve the issue at our best. We have a liberal cancellation policy, below are highlights of this policy.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations of an online product (online course subscription, pen drive, CD/DVD) will be considered only if the request is made within 12 hours of placing an order.
- Cancellations of live course can be done with first 7 days of course
- Cancellations will not be permitted if the order has been processed (course' subscription given or product dispatched)
- In case of receipt of damaged study material(Pen drive, CD/DVD), please report the same to our customer support team. The request needs to be made within 2 days of delivery. This will be entertained once the merchant has checked and confirmed from his own end.
- There is no refund policy for online course subscription. Students are advised to check demo videos on the website before making the purchase. We are not liable if you don't like course after purchase
- For our memory based products (pen drive, CD/DVD), we will refund 90% of the amount if the request is raised within 12 hours of placing an order and product is still not dispatched.
- For our live courses, we will refund 80% of course fee if the cancellation request is made within 7 days of course. However, the refund is not allowed in case of any instalment or if we have given any discount on course.
- In case of cancellation and refund, we will disable student' account, and he/she will not have access to any of our course or study material
