Q. Tell us something about yourself ?
A: I am an Engineer by profession (water resources and hydraulic)
Q. When and how did you joined Nabard?
A: I was selected as Nabard Assistant Manager in DR batch 2018
Q. What was your exam strategy for cracking Nabard recruitment exam?
A. I just want to tell to student to stick to syllabus and make sure that you are covering as much syllabus thoroughly as you can. There is no magic stick in cracking Nabard or in fact any other exam but your hard work and your practice.
Q. Which books, coaching material and books you followed?
A: I followed specialized subject course related books, mentioned in the official notifications. Infact, I relied completely on text books and gave almost 6 months of preparation for this exam.
Q: How was your Nabard exam?
A: Exam was good, As I had followed text books, and a test series, I can attempt most of the questions. This exam is not really that tough, but of course, being engineering background, it took my time to pick syllabus like Agriculture. My Nabard interview was also very interesting, and I really enjoyed my panel.
Q: How is induction program for new recruits at Nabard?
A: It is very good especially rural immersion
Q: How is your experience in Nabard so far?
A: So far it is very good
Q: How do you compare Nabard job with other career in private and government sector?
A: NABARD is unlike other government departments it is corruption free organisation and very prompt to any work
Q: What is your one piece of advice to people seeking career in Nabard?
A: All the best !! Study intelligently and give more focus to English as well as other subjects.
