Education criteria for NABARD Grade B Manager
Manager(General) – Bachelor’s Degree in any subject with minimum of 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PWD).OR Post Graduate degree with a minimum of 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/PWD).
Manager(Agriculture)- Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture with minimum of 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PWD).OR Post Graduate degree in Agriculture with a minimum of 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/PWD).
Age criteria for NABARD Grade B Manager
Candidate must be between 21-35 years (born between 2 june 82 to 1 june 96). This is for the year 2017 notification.
Upper age limit may be relaxed by –
03 years in case of eligible OBC applicants,
05 years in case of following applicants:
- Applicants belonging to SC/ST,
- Ex-servicemen (including Emergency Commissioned Officers/Short Service Commissioned Officers) provided that the applicants have rendered at least five years continuous Military Service and have been released on completion of assignment (including those whose assignment is due to be completed within one year) otherwise than by way of dismissal or discharge on account of misconduct or inefficiency or on account of physical disability or have been released on account of physical disability attributable to Military Service or on invalidation
- Emergency Commissioned Officers/Short Service Commissioned Officers who have completed their initial period of assignment of five years of Military Service but whose assignment has been extended beyond five years and in whose case, on selection, the Ministry of Defence issues certificates that they would be released within 03 months from the date of receipt of offer of appointment,
- Applicants who had ordinarily been domiciled in Kashmir Division of the State of Jammu and Kashmir during the period 01 January 1980 to 31 December 1989
- Children/family members of victims died in the 1984 riots.
Maximum Age relaxation permissible: 10 years for PWD (General); 13 years for PWD (OBC) and 15 years for PWD (SC/ST) applicants.

The analytical and drafting ability of the candidate shall be assessed from the Descriptive English paper through essay writing, comprehension, report writing, paragraph writing & Letter writing.
