NEET UG Haryana State MBBS Colleges 2025: List of Government & Private Colleges, Fees, Domicile Rules

Haryana, located in northern India, is steadily emerging as a major hub for medical education. The Directorate of Medical Education and Research (DMER), Haryana conducts the state counselling for medical admissions.

As of 2025, Haryana has five government medical colleges and over ten private/deemed medical colleges offering MBBS programs to eligible candidates.

Haryana Domicile Rules for NEET UG 2025 Admissions

To apply under the state quota (85%), candidates must fulfill domicile criteria as set by the DMER Haryana.

Eligibility for Haryana Domicile (State Quota):

  1. Residence Proof: The candidate must be a permanent resident of Haryana.

  2. Educational Qualification: Must have studied Class 11 and 12 in Haryana (in some cases Class 10 as well).

  3. Parental Domicile: At least one parent must possess a domicile certificate of Haryana.

  4. Bonafide Certificate: Some candidates may need to produce a bonafide certificate from the last attended school in Haryana.

Open Category (All India Quota):

  • 15% of the MBBS seats in all government colleges are reserved for AIQ, conducted by MCC (Medical Counselling Committee).
